Case Study: Cultivating alignment during a pandemic

We facilitated, during the pandemic, the transformation of a global business built on face-to-face interactions into one that leveraged information systems to continue their missions remotely.

We groomed a BizOps team providing product development, testing and operations services as well as enabling innovation and is used to self-organizing to task. We integrated Scrum Agile Product development practices into operations and introduced Jira Product Management & Jira Service Management to collaborate and provide services globally.

We cultivated quality management leading practices to cleanse legacy contact data in SFDC leveraging data quality tools, published to a data warehouse. We collectively professionalized the relationships between the technical team and its patrons.
